OT, Please pull pettite out of the final game at yankee stadium

In this final game at Yankee stadium , the yanks really need to win this game. Girardi needs to stop thinking about players feeling and start pulling out all the stops and win this game. He needs to do what ever it takes ! anyone agree?

    I agree, but then who do you start? I am by far not a Yankee fan but I have been watching all day and the pre game cermony was remarkable. I like when Willie Randolph slid into second and tried to get as much infield dirt on his uniform as possible.

    He seems to have calmed down, 5-3 Yanks after 5. Can't believe the worst ump in baseball Angel Hernandez is behind the plate for this important game. Loved the pre-game, but I wish Donnie Baseball woulda been there. I guess King George must be in real bad shape if he can't show up for this. Good to see Bernie get some love. Very nice all the way around.

    not saying they shouldnt havent started Petitte. What im saying is now that he got the start and throw in the fact that the Baltimore is seeing his pitches and hitting him well, bring in long Coke that can go 2 innings then Joba . Then seal the deal with Mariano.
