Medieval coins - who can help ID them?

I recieved these pictures from a friend who thinks that I can help him ID the coins. Well... actually I have no idea what this is. I'm gonna need some help if I am going to impress him

I agree with LordM in his attribution of No. 1 as a pfenning.
Regarding No. 2 .... I know i've seen this design before but can't find a reference photo online or in my books to attribute. Can you get pic of the opposite side of the coin? It definitely looks like its been clipped many times.

Both coins are uniface so there isn't really anything on the other side. I've seen a lot of those Austrian pfennigs on Ebay but I can't remember seing these particular types.
