Another eBay what the heck do I do now question

Guy buys a card from me using BIN on 8/31. Never pays. File NPB alert on 9/8. Buyer does not respond. Yesterday, 9/17, I close dispute due to buyer not responding and of course receive FVF refund. I relist the card with the same BIN price last night and it sells in just a few hours. Today, I receive a money order from the original buyer with a note saying "Sorry for the delay, here's a little extra for your troubles". He sent me $1 extra.

Not much you really can do. send the m/o back with a explaination. He never responded to the emails from Ebay so you are under no obligation

PayPal/MA only is likely going to end this kind of problem.

I think you're lucky, Adrian Peterson is out this week and the autodraft gave you chester taylor. Taylor did real well for me for a few games last year.

Also think you should refund the first guy, unless you can replace the card for him without losing money on it.

If the original buyer can not leave me a neg I will just refund his money or buy something from him and not pay, J/K.

IF the first guy failed to respond to the NPB, he cannot leave a NEG.

I would BLOCK the first guy, in case he gets mad and buys something else just to leave a NEG.

Tell him what happened and why you relisted the card. If you have similar cards send him a list that you'll sell at the same price and see if he wants one of those instead. Since you got your fvf fees back the sale will be ebay fee free.
