Quick question for active eBay sellers...

Sorry to add yet another eBay thread to the boards, but I was hoping someone could confirm if the winning bidder's registered eBay e-mail address is shown in the end of auction notification or not.
I would like to offer free shipping to our active duty service men and women if their registered e-mail address comes from a .mil domain, but need to confirm I will get this info from eBay.
Thanks in advance.

the buyer has entered it into an addy field.
The email IS in the "view PayPal transaction" page.
(BUT, it is the PP-addy email.)
It appears that when the EPS-only is launched, there
will be NO contact info shown except on the PP page.

By November, ASQs will be coded ......... like current bidder info is:
eg: ......member *657* has asked a question.
Sellers will NOT know the ID of the ASQ submitter.

Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
FPO stands for Fleet Post Ofice meaning the Navy.
The .mil domain will be in their e-mail address after a winning bid if that's the e-mail they care to use.
