  • Nothing against Memory Lane but this from lot # 1116 ...

PSA graded 8 ... with a Grand Canyon gap from the clearly trimmed card (on the left)

It's still nice to have a card like that in your collection regardless of the condition
  • How much do you think the card you have would sell for?

It is still a great card to have!

"Clearly trimmed?" And you base this on what? Solely on the fact that it is smaller than the other card?

It MAY be trimmed, but to say that it is CLEARLY TRIMMED without any factual evidence is uncalled for and happens far to often on these boards. It's fine to have an opinion as we are all entitled to them, but unless one has evidence or at least substantial circumstantial evidence, it is unnecessary to make such unfounded allegations. Several issues from that era (even the re-issue) vary greatly in size and cut. Heck, even a lot of the stuff from the 60's and 70's varies depending upon wax, cello, vending, and Exhibit issues.
  • I also have the Rude Waddell from the same E93. Will scan and post picture in a few.

I agree..the card is NOT trimmed. Vintage cards are not always the exact same size as modern cards are. It is not uncommon to have size variances......
  • Well it closed at $186,000.00 + Juice in the Memory Lane Auctionimage
