to ANACS
Or just keep raw?

edited it was orginaly sold as Unc in an old PVC flip
I soaked it a little in acetone before sending to NGC
maybe i should have soaked it longer.
Does NCS have a "better" dip or process?

NCS, a dip may be able to fix it and conserve it, IMO.

First look at those spots on the reverse with a loupe. If they show pitting, then there's nothing that can been done for the coin and you should consider ANACS. If they're just black and/or green spots, you might consider NCS.
