How do you identify a resealed wax pack?

I have noticed a bunch of posts regarding resealed packs and the dangers of buying packs on ebay? My question is what are some clues to look for to help identify a resealed wax pack? When you send in a pack to get graded what kind of things do the pro's look for?

Decided to PM the info.
Please, for the love of wax, no-one mention the one method that is used that is very easy to do.

A.- It's in a GAI holder. Kidding. I'm kidding.
<< <i>I love how this forum doesn't want to inform those who are somewhat new to purchasing packs about what to really look for. This common method that you guys hint at and seems to be noticiable if you know what you are looking for. I mean if your goal is to keep people out of this part of the hobby I guess not passing along such useful info is a good thing.
Chill my friend. I'm pretty sure they don't want to tell because it may give the few unsavory characters that come to the boards ideas on how to screw over the rest of us.

I see I was the slowest typer. Did I win anything?
Huh. I didnt post the info because many lurk here. Many of those lurkers are scammers. They seek out ways to make a quick buck.
I have learned some methods. The info was not given to me. I researched it and asked those who knew/trusted me. To make this information public, tells the scammers what not to do and what to do.
My PM is on.
I never pulled ANYTHING out of packs that I bought at that place.
NOTHING!
They always had the minor stars & some rookies in their display cases ... but they always had wax stains.
I eventually put it together one day. During one of my weekly trips, I saw the used car salesman/wax box supplier, that sold them the wax boxes. Looks Like HE was the one opening and resealing, and unsuspecting Mom & Pops were opening anything worth a quarter or more that was showing on the back of the packs.
I was never the same. After that, the only thing that I really looked at in their store, were the Iron Maiden LPs ... but then, i discoved Mom & Pops were members of the BMG music club

That's funny.
The following baseball racks are easily searchable: 75 Topps, 78 Topps, 81 Topps, some 82 Topps, some 83 Topps, 84 Topps, 85 Topps, 86 Topps, 87 Topps, 87 Donruss, 88 Topps, 88 Donruss, 88 Score, 89 Topps/Donruss/Fleer/Score. You might want to reconsider this philosophy.

People actually take the time to thumb through the racks?? One, I thought it'd be too much work. Secondly, I thought it'd damage the cards.
<< <i>What Lee said but I will add any Donruss or Fleer rack or cello of any sport from 1981-1993. Plus, any Fleer or Donruss wax packs from 1981-1993 where you can see the top or bottom card. >>
