Here is the dilemma...
Every time I go to upload a photo, I get an "Upload Failed" notice across the top of my album. I am trying to upload only one small 73kb photo, saved as a .jpg file, but it won't work.
My computer crashed last week and I have a new one...could there be a communication issue or a security "block" within the new computer??
I can't post squat...any help will be appreciated.

Clear your cache; dump ALL cookies and files and add-ons.
Restart.
Go to PB and download the current program.; install. (When it asks if you want to remove the old PB, click "yes.")
Clear your cache.
Restart.
Go to PB and it should work fine.

IF you have not updated your PW to the new PB security-scheme, you might try that before the above.
Rarely, that works, too.

Had the same problem a few days ago while making the "case pic" thread. Pic failed 3x. It was the correct format etc. I kept saving it to my computer then trying to get it in my bucket and for some reason it only finally worked when I emailed the pic to myself then saved it from there and put it in my bucket. Unsure why, but it worked. Only time that has happened.
