BITE ME EVERYBODY !!!!!!!! FOR I HAVE FOUND THE SET OF THE CENTURY (21st century.. not 20th.. cuz mocking the 20th century sets would be wrong).
2008 UPPER DECK FOOTBALL HEROES. Bought a box at walmart this fine beer drinkin' evening, and within the first pack.. the very first pack.. was a subset card. I was not aware this set had subsets. This came as a surprise. Inside the pack was........... was..
A STEVE VAI card !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you people know who Steve Vai is ? Holy Gawdness ! My idol.. my Liege.. My Lord..
That was very strange.. was expecting a large offensive lineman sweaty crack jersey card to gaze upon.. but instead.. got STEVE VAI..
This is the most joyous occasion I have had with sports cards.. they finally put in a real idol. He has 3 cards in this set i found out (by viewing ebay) . I must get them. I must have them my prescious. I must have each variation. I must have perfect and flawed. I must have them all.
(got beer tonight... got this box.. and.. auhhh.. uhh. another allen and ginter box. I better not get another Pacman Champion card or I will trash this hotel room that my wife makes me go to when i drink) Will of course post on the A&G thread when opening that one.

i see there are three different Vai cards.. and on ebay.. somebody has a 'silver' vai 2008 UD heroes card for sale.. but past that, unknown if any auto cards.
if you see any out there, please let me know.. will do the same.. i sent a couple emails to ebay sellers asking about stuff...
(and thanks for not freakin' on my wacky posts here..heh heh.. most people here want to ban me.. you know,, cuz they envy my coolness)
