anyone deal with ebay member cheungwahchowfaircollection

Just wondering if anyone has ever sold to them... I know they have several psa registry sets, they won an auction from me 10 days ago and I can't get them to respond.

  • This has very little to do with your question, but I had an auction end on 8/12. Guy has perfect feedback with over 2000 positives. Just paid me last night with Paypal almost 2 full weeks later. He also never responded.

No but I think I ate that the last time I had Chinese
  • I guess there is just no incentive as a buyer now to pay in a reasonable amount of time... these guys have over 1,350 positives.

There should be a star system for buyers where sellers can rate buyers:

    1. Payment time
    2. Communication
    3. Ability to read an auctions discription

After 10 days I file NPB.

That usually gets the ball rolling.

    Good for you.

I'm dealing with someone like that right now. I blocked him last year cause he would take 3 weeks to a month to pay for something. Once he paid with an e-check that took over 30 days to clear. So I blocked him. Now he's used a different ID to bid (recognized his real name immediately after he won this latest one) and knew I'd be in for the same old crap. 10 days now and not a peep out of him. Resent another invoice this morning reminding him that it's been 10 days.

Now I bet I'll get a big fat negative for harassing this clown.

I know a lot of you guys have buying and selling IDs but does ebay allow that or is it just something you guys work around?

    Chung Wah Chow

    Chung Wah Chow

Often misidentified as Japanese when on the road, Chung Wah Chow surprises people by her unique Canto-British accent. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chung Wah started her life of adventure by joining Greenpeace after receiving her law degree, trying to make her hometown toxic-free. While an environmental crusader, she explored most corners of Hong Kong, boated along the Pearl River Delta and fought relentlessly with polluters.

After years of never-ending environmental battles, she decided to hit the road and see the world, pen in hand. She traversed the globe from the Mayan ruins of Mexico to the Muslim regions of the Middle East, and was fascinated by both the quirky Creole and the historic Turkic languages. She returned home with a Silk Road travelogue and a new perspective on her homeland, and has since gone from Lonely Planet user to LP writer. She recently scrutinized every nook and cranny in Macau, Zhuhai and Shenzhen for Lonely Planet Hong Kong & Macau City Guide.

Awed by the phantasmagoria of sounds and words, and curious about how people have overcome the confusion of tongues since the fall of the Tower of Babel, Chung Wah spent several years studying the history of translation and how it plays an integral role in shaping world culture and dynamics. In additional to travel writing, Chung Wah's translations and works have appeared in various publications in Hong Kong and Taiwan. When not traveling, she enjoys going yum cha in Hong Kong and researching Canton history and dialects and the diaspora communities in Hong Kong.
    Good for you.

lsu made a point to say it wasn't about the same person. You might be better off with more reading taking place and less urge to respond.
  • I've got a slow paying buyer too (well as of now he's is a non-paying buyer) Won 2 auctions on 8/3, invoice sent-no response. Won another auction on 8/11, revised invoice sent, still no response, another invoice sent on the 18th and yet another on the 25th, still haven't heard from him.
He has 100% feedback and close to 2,000 transactions. It appears he's been pretty slow paying for other auctions, but there's been no response to the invoices as of yet.
Thanks feebay for letting these clowns pay when they feel up to it, without any fear of negative feedback
