Sorry bout' the OT ?.......

My home owners insurance includes a clause which covers xxx amount of $ for collectibles and antiques. My question is, do you think it would be a good idea to have pictures to prove my inventory. Has anybody else done this? It scares me to think that all of the years of card collecting could be ruined in a fire or something along those lines. Just curious to see how other members protect their investment!

<< <i>Thanks for the suggestions guys! I guess that taking pics of the important stuff is a small price to pay. Ill probably just inventory cards worth $100 or more like merc said. I doubt that the cards will perish in a fire anyhow. After the wife, kids and dog are evacuated from the house, I'll go back in and rescue them!!
Make the wife and kids carry them on the way out.
