PSA Card Different Than Description & Title

I bought a 1955 Topps baseball card last week title and description was for a PSA6, but the picture on the card was a PSA7. The card Ted Lepcio in PSA 7 average price is around $23. I won the auction for $6.25 Four days went by until today I receive a refund from the buyer for the 6.25 plus shipping. No e-mail or explanation. In this case should I just forget about this transaction since I recieved my money or do something different. Thanks

    You have you money. You know exactly why it was refunded. Chalk it up and move on. Just my opinion.
