I know this has been discussed before, but am I the only one that sees delays in payments since the feedback change? Had 29 auctions end last night. Three paid with Paypal and one did the checkout stating MO/check will be sent soon. Did I just get spoiled in the previous 8 years on eBay by receiving 90% of payments within 24 hours?

Also, in 8 years I have only had to file 3 or 4 NPB's. Had three a little over 2 weeks ago. One finally paid with Paypal and the other 2 never responded. One of those two has perfect feedback all stating the typical "Lightning fast payment". Dispute closed. FVF received, but yet he get's to continue buying with no harm to his feedback or user status.

It's a joke there now, it really is. Snatching payments at will when scammers file claims, not allowing negs on buyers, the fees are ri-god-darm-diculous, and on and on and on. Once my round of selling is over in a few weeks, I'll be taking a break from Ebay for quite awhile. It is the suxor.

I had a good one yesterday that got better today. I sold an item July 28th, buyer finally paid on August 8th. They have emailed me everyday since then about where their item is. The DC still shows in transit

Yesterday I just refunded the 4.00. I then get this Email from the buyer

I have had all kinds of items delivered to my address in many varying sizes of boxes (eg. bikes, PC's train items) without any incident. My rating is well established in Ebay and I'm completely honest. Thank you for the refund, but I still really want the item as well. So, the choice is yours as to what you choose to do but don't you think that your feedback is as important, considering the timeliness of this transaction. Ebay records all correspondance and periodically reviews them.

I reported it yesterday to Ebay for Feedback Extortion as it is pretty clear he is saying either send me the item or he will leave a neg. Ebay informed me today that is NOT feedback Extortion.

I would be on the phone to T&S, until I got a supervisor who saw it my way.

I would NOT communicate any further with the EXTORTIONIST. Wait and see
what he does on the FB issue.

I'm noticing a 2-3 day delay on all my payments.

As long as a buyer communicates to me within 3 days I have no problem
waiting up to 10 days for payment.

Many times a person will use BIN and wait until payday to pay.

I have had to file at least 12 NPB's in the last month, I don't think I filed that many in the previous 5 years. Two of my latest were from BIN's out of my store, both buyers had 100% feedback and never responed to the claim.
