If These Guys Run Off All The Buyers, Who Will Be Left To Buy Cards?

Meantime, small sellers with 2 wrongful NEGs in 30-days are being suspended.
And, I still can't relist my TOPPS Tiffany cards, unless I remove the word "Tiffany" from the title.

I've sold some Tiffany cards on ebay. Granted, though, not in a while. Regardless, if I type in "tiff* (psa*, bgs*) as a ebay search, I get 120 listings. Obviously, someone is listing Tiffany cards. Any ideas as to what is going on here?

P.S. I'm not trying to be sarcastic or imply that you guys are doing anything wrong in your listings. I just find this really odd and wrong on ebay's part.
I had numerous BGS 9, PSA 9, and PSA 10 1985 Topps Tiffany McGwire rookies, and I kept listing more of them as copies sold. I must have sold 6 or 7 copies before I had any issue with Ebay.
Mind you, I have 100% feedback, been an Ebay member for about 6 years, and all of the ones I sold, the buyers left positive feedback. No issues at all. The Ebay rep claimed that the named Tiffany was one of those keywords that sometimes Ebay flags. They told me it was not me in particular, but a system issue due to the word Tiffany. They told me to list them without the using the word Tiffany in the title, and I should have no problems. Like I explained to the Ebay rep, by not listing the name Tiffany, my auctions could take a hit, since the Tiffany was the main selling point due to being way less produced than the regular issued Topps cards. I got nowhere with them.
Ended up, I was able to list the remaining copies I had about 2 or 3 weeks later. I forget exactly when, but it was weeks later. Since then, I have not even tried to list a Tiffany card, so I was under the assumption that they had fixed this issue, but I guess not. The lady tried to tell me it was a system issue, and they were working to improve things. That was around late 2005-early 2006.
I'm not sure what they are telling storm, but that is the song and dance they gave me.

This IS the straight scoop.
There is NO prohibition against listing an item with "Tiffany" in the title.
There IS a restriction on the NUMBER of items you can list with "Tiffany" in the title during a 7-day and 30-day period.
Thus, if ten TIF titles expire you cannot relist them right away; this is how the restriction came to my attention, when my store
items expired.
Obviously, the restriction is NOT aimed at TOPPS cards, but they now claim they have no way to seperate the concepts.
I have repeatedly suggested "by category."
