I am getting sick of non-payers on Ebay

I have 18 items unpaid that I can file UPIs on between tonight and tommorow night. The average feedback is 387. 3 are Power Sellers. This is getting out of control and Ebay does nothing. I know of one buyer who looking at his feedback got his 5th from me today, yet no suspension.

    What's your Ebay ID?
  • Just closed two payment not received disputes and received the FV back. Now I am just waiting on the negs.
  • Well if they did not repsond you don't have to worry about the negs

I'm sick of power sellers doing things like putting 8x10s in nothing but evelopes and me being out the money and owning a worthless card. I'm also tired of power sellers who won't answer my disputes & claims after 2 months, and PayPal not giving me my money back when these fools won't reply.

Really? Wish I had realized that before. I could have closed both disputes Monday.
  • Since sellers became hostages to buyers ive also had a huge rise in NPB...its ridiculous

If they don't "answer" your disputes you automatically win the claim...Also if it's a "powerseller" you should be covered up to 2,000$$ by the buyer protection program.. Have you dropped negs on any of these powersellers?

To the OP I feel your pain non payers are at a all time high for me..

It's funny. I sold a bunch of 60s-70s stuff a few weeks ago on a Sunday, and had everyone paid up by Wednesday.

This past Sunday, I sold a bunch of modern stuff, and am still waiting for half of my buyers to get paid up.

    Different buyer demograhics I guess.

No, I've had to open my first 2 disputes within 24 hours of one another...elevated one...and I've heard nothing more. No negs left.

Ok, went to look, the seller has 5 more days to answer PayPal about the claim...then I get my money back I guess if he fails to do so?

  • Are these for unpaid cards? or action figures? Im thinking if its figures, it might some that the prices have dropped significantly; just speculating.

how long are some of these delinquincies?
  • At least buyers have some ways of dealing with sellers who don't deliver. Ebay has taken any cover sellers have away from them by removing the feedback ability. Right now Ebay has been reported to be suspending sellers for filing too many unpaid item claims and if the buyer responds to the claim sellers are at the mercy of their feedback they can leave.

Ebay is also not suspending buyers for non-payment when sellers do file.

Both. That is the problem with both Modern cards and figures if you have to wait to file and go through the process you can miss out on some key sales.

Gold and Silver coin sellers are getting creamed by NPBs,
since the prices have continued to decline.

The bright-side is that PayPal says they are "aware of the issue."
They are not likely to cooperate fully with the flood of fake SNADS
that are about to hit the fan. (I have some personal experience with
the credit-card companies and they too KNOW that tanking prices
are NOT grounds for a legit chargeback.)
