Attaching a JPEG file to a message

What's the best way to insert a JPEG scan into a message on this message board? When I tried to attach a 120 KB file, I received an error message saying that 50 KB is the limit. When I resized the file to 48 KB using Microsoft Office Picture Manager, the image quality was very bad. Thanks.

Download them into photobucket first. It is by far the easiest way to do it.
