Will this 60 Clemente get a 7?

I need some opinions,do you think this 60 clemente will get a 7 if I send it to PSA?

I say that because I've been watching this card for awhile...looking for a well centered 6 or 7...looks like a lot of 6s out there.

I think its too OC for a straight 7, either 7 oc or 6

I like the 1960 Clemente card. I would have to say this looks like a PSA 7 (oc).

If you look at scan of back, I see 3 dinged or rounded corners. That is not PSA 7 quality.

No question that it is going to get an OC qualifier, unless the grader forgets his glasses.
