Ebay buyer to add to block lists

You all might want to add jamesdeiter to your block lists. I sold him a 2006 Donruss Classics dual jersey card of Alex Smith and Steve Young for $7.50 with 3.50 shipping. I accidentally listed the card as a 2005. He brought it to my attention after he rec'd the card. He told me that had he known that he would have only bid the card to $6.00 including shipping. I refunded him the shipping charges bringing the total paid to $7.50. He said that he still wasn't happy so I offered to give him a full refund if he would ship the card back. He said that if that was my solution then to not worry about it. He then leaves me a negative stating that I falsely described the card as a Alex Smith Rookie (which I never did) and that I didn't refund him enough. Ebay is getting on my last never as a seller!!

Again block jamesdeiter from bidding on any of your auctions!!

    That sucks, but the buyer did have the right to leave what ever feedback he wanted. If I was you I would have just refuned the full action price back to him - Personally I would rather give away a card than risk a negative. Buyers have all the power on ebay NOW.

    Just to add fuel to the fire, if you look at the items he is selling the only item is SECRETS TO PACK SEARCHING!!!!!

    The listing violates EBAY policy.

    He is selling "digital media."

    He disguises the violation by listing a fake delivery method: "Priority Mail."
    The bots do not detect digital-media violations, IF a postal-delivery method is selected.

    Perhaps, the mischief makers will "buy" something - and leave FB - before the listing is poofed.

    Alex Smith was falsely described on Draft Day--he sucks and has been a flop.
