Michael Jordan Rookie Help

I have been looking to buy this card for a number of years and I found 2 that I might purchase. My question to you is which looks better. Sorry that the pictures are not great.
Jordan A:
Jordan B:
From my untrained eye I can deduce that Jordan A is a better card but I would like to know how much better it is so I could possibly get B for a cheaper price. Thanks

<< <i>I'd stay away from buying any raw Jordan rookies, especially any that look well centered and sharp - unless it's someone you trust and/or have dealt with before. >>
I agree with you, they are highly reproduced. I would buy one already graded by PSA to be sure it was authentic

How about if PSA thinks it real and they authenticate it?

You wouldn't have to send them to PSA for authentication, they would all be authentic, but be sure to keep them close to you or else somebody else from this time zone would come in another time machine and come with fake ones and switch them on you, you gotta watch out for that!

<< <i>Actualy you can get an authentic Jordan rookie. What you do is get a time machine, go back to 1986, be sure and take pleanty of money from this time zone that we are in now, and buy a few cases of it and you should be fine!

<< <i>Just curious... what kind of prices are you considering paying for the 2 cards? >>
Well not sure because I would first want to meet the guy in person and really get a good look at the card. The guy wanted $400 so I figured that was a good price if we could meet and have me take a look at the cards.
Link added just incase you haven't seen it before. I would still not be comfortable buying a raw Jordan RC, It also may be real but trimmed.
Picking one of the cards above I would pick the 1st one (If Any!)
$400 will get you a PSA 7 incase you would rather be safe and get one already graded.

Do yourself a favor and buy an already graded card.

<< <i>You met this guy on craigs list? >>
Let me guess, the same guy that was going to sell you all the PSA 8 and 9 Mickey Mantle cards for $2500?

I agree with you , who agrees with the other guy who agrees you should buy that particular card already slabbed .
It would suck to be ripped off , as for me I don't know enough about fake cards to take a chance like that .
Best of luck with whatever you choose though , i suppose if I had to choose I would choose the top card , just to answer your question which I would choose
I would not hesitate buying a raw Jordan rookie as it's VERY easy to tell the real from fake copies once you get a good feel for 1986 fleer. I've bought 3 or 4 of ebay this year and all were legit..
Edit for spelling..Happy allen?
If you notice my sentence ended with a question mark.

Hmm thanks for pointing out a typing/spelling/word error I just wish I was as smart as you allen.
For those of you that are thinking about buying an MJ RC either raw or graded- you won't get a bargain. You will pay the going rate. If you pay less then you got taken by a counterfeit or an alter-job.
<< <i>Allen, dizzle, settle down. You both know your 86-87 Fleer. Clearly aragorn doesn't.

Should be "off" not "of".
oh hey by the way i can sell u my jordan fake rookie card for 1/2 the price of what he is gonna charge ya!...hehe jk
but anywho, they are fake, why would anyone sell that top card RAW which looks to me to be a GEM 10 slabbed by PSA worth 5k for a measely 800 bucks RAW?
If you don't have enough hobby knowledge to see those are clearly fakes just from the pics, please do yourself a favor and buy a PSA, SGC, or BGS authenticated copy only.
<< <i>I have to agree with Lakersfan. The first card looks like a 10 if not a fake which to me makes it an obvious fake. Not going to see a perfectly centered copy with four sharp corners that is not in a PSA or BGS slab. >>
<< <i>They look both fake. Don't bother on either. >>
