I wonder if the "I accept Bank Wire Transfers Only." is a clue. Also I was searching for Goudey PSA how did this pop up?

Because the scammer KWSd the word "goudey" in his "item specifics."

I would NEVER AGAIN buy anything on EBAY from anybody I did not know.

The back is centered 90/10 so I'd pass on that card (in a legit auction)

Back in the day I would have graded that card as NM. It was never a MInt card IMO.

Psa has different standards and that is ok too.

Cards that present that major of a flaw could never be
described as Mint.
