Cancelling a bid on ebay...

I always check these days on the people bidding on my stuff. I currently have someone with 66.7% positive feedback in the last 12 months. They haven't bid on anything since Sept. of last year. Should I cancel the bid and block them? Any suggestions?

Cancel bid?
Correction: They are bidding on 2 items.

<< <i>Done. I'm not dealing with that. I don't care if they are trying to rebuild their credit on ebay. Get a new ID. >>
<< <i>As a seller you are in total control...If they win and don't pay, they don't get the card (it's not like you're offering a '52 Mantle)...A small time bidder with feedback of 66% is better than no bidders/watchers whatsoever. >>
I don't agree, under the new ebay rules, deadbeat buyers can win....not pay....then drill you (the seller) with an undeserved negative. I block bidders with terrible feedback all the time. It's good business sense. Who wants to deal with losers and deadbeats who won't honor their bids? It's nothing but a headache.
If every seller would change their preferences to blocking deadbeats, blocking neg. fb buyers, and blocking buyers that have had a non-paying alerts filed on them, these morons would hopefully go away.
