Need some advice - best way to group some stuff I want to sell...

I've got 20-30 superstars in various conditions (VG to NM) from each year, 1969 to 1979, which I would like to sell as group lots to raise $$$ for other purchases. None of them are, in my opinion, candidates for grading, as the best of the bunch would probably only pull a 7.

Do you think I should group them by year or by player?

I'm leaning towards grouping them by player simply because it's easier to fit mutiple years in an Ebay title (i.e. Rose 1970 1971 1972, etc.) rather than mutiple players (i.e. 1972 Rose Clemente Seaver, etc.).

Thoughts?

In the past, both groups seemed to work about the same.

Recently, player groups seem to underperform YEAR groups.

That is ONLY MY experience; not a scientific study.
