Who is the Fastest Baseball Player?

I was just watching the Rangers- Mariners game and I finally realized how fast Ichiro really is. Is Ichiro the fastest current player or fastest all time, and if he isn't then who is? I am very curious to see what yall think.

edit: I realize that this is OT but I hope yall don't mind too much

Bourne from Houston is up there. Hanley Ramirez and Jose Reyes are not slouches either. I think Gathright is probaly the fastest though
