PSA Pack Grading Question

Does anyone know if PSA holders 1975 Topps mini wax packs? I know they did not initially, but I've seen some for sale, and there seems to be conflicting info on the PSA site with regard to this issue. I have a mini pack with a Brett RC on back that I pulled from a box I purchased from Steve Hart several years back and want to send it in for the July special.


Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
