    I totally agree. However, there's a sucker for every card out there. Folks will spend crazy money
    no good reason.

    That seller is one of the higher-priced ones out there. I've seen them at shows, and they even price raw cards at PSA 9 prices, especially if the card is a "low-pop" in the grade.
