With that tiny scan it is impossible to tell you if it is trimmed or not.

Even with a scan the size of a horsefly, you can see the signs of a haircut.

Ask for your money back.

Im not convinced that its trimmed..looks more like a tilt or maybe even a slight diamond cut.

Just lay it on top of a modern card. Usually if it matches it is not trimmed.

There is an aweful lot of room inside that penny sleeve (left to right)

Unless of course it's an oversized penny sleeve for game used cards but I doubt it.
