Grades are in... HOF Basketball Autographs (With Pics)

Finally received my bulk submission today from last month's registry special. Overall I am happy with the grades I received, though some of the PSA 10s look the same as the PSA 8s and 9s. When submitting modern it is always a crap shoot. This will be nice additions to my HOF Basketball Autographs registry set....

Thanks for the kind comments guys. I have been slowly but surely been working on an NBA 50 greatest collection.

I am glad the Dennis Johnson got a 10, but in all honesty the Parish and Cunningham look just as nice. Hopefully DJ gets the nod for the hall of fame next year.

Very nice Dr. I didnt get back into the hobby until 2004 and started in basketball. Looks like I missed some very nice stuff.

Edit for question: Dr. Do you have a Pippen autograph? I was at a show and one dealer said Scottie is a harder auto to get than Jordan. From my understanding he doesnt sign much or anything.

I have still yet to pick up a Pippen. He only has a handful of certified cards out there (none recently), and when they hit eBay they typically go for ~$200. Jordan on the other hand signs tons of cards for UD each year, but since he is a global icon his cards will demand higher prices (though they have slowly been coming down year after year).

He is tough but McHale is by far the toughest sig as far as the Top 50 go he has no company cards as of this date.

McHale is very tough. I bought this non-certified auto of off eBay awhile back, but have yet to get it PSA/DNA certified. This one looks very good and is comparable to the ones he does during signings.

  • Nice Worthy (and others) sig.
Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

The Worthy was a redemption card. Cam straight from UD to PSA. Worthy was tough to get for sometime, but this year's UD product is flooded with his autographs.
