  Naxcom should put more resources into making their site more user friendly rather than dedicating resources to a name change.
  I spend very little time over there just because of that, it is not user friendly, too many hurdles to jump through to find anything.
  Just my opinion.

  Agreed 100%!! I just don't understand why the Naxcom people don't do anything to make that site useful. They seem to be the one in the best position to compete with Ebay in the sports card markets, but they just don't seem to care enough to push the train over the hill. Does anyone know anything about the people who run that company and why they appear to be satisfied doing a half-baked job? I tried using them again just last night and just gave up.

  Yes, i have advice for naxcom myself...
  
  get rid of all the superfalous (sp?) garbage, and make it just a CLEAN FAST SEARCH like ebay....
  Start from scratch, and hire some knowledgable .net programmers.
