It looks like its been trimmed along the top. I see dark - light-dark- light. Its more noticable on the back.

Just my 2-1/2 cents.

card seems to have the '73 topps fade about it?

is there chipping anywhere on the borders?

I agree with the 7.5'ers... But I also think a generous grader could grade it to an 8.5.

I feel it was overgraded by at least 3 full grades.

I will say 8 though the back concerns me with the small stains. I don't think it should get a qualifier but I have some real beauties who earned the dreaded ST qualifier based on seemingly similar if not smaller blemishes on the back. Good luck with it.

No, I think Allens pack ended up going to the Ted Williams Museum in St. Peterburg, FL.
I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard that the "Ted Signs" cards where only in the larger packs, and that you couldn't get it in my pack. For how much I ended up getting for it in a Psa 7 holder, I can't believe that Steve can't get $800 for his Psa 8.
