Best way to group mid-grade cards for sale?

As I mentioned on another thread, I am liquidating virtually all of my post-1967 cards in order to raise money for some other cards I want to buy. These are mostly mid-grade superstar and star cards from 1968-1979 which I bought at local card shops during the 80's and range from VG to NM.

My question for the board is what people think would be the best way to package them. Should I sell them in group lots by year, or maybe by player?

Any thoughts or advice appreciated...

I'd say by year - and if condition varies widely, year and condition. I'd sell any pre-74 NM cards separately too.
