what is the best way to pack & ship packs to PSA ?

  No experience myself, but they have little thin plastic cases for cello packs on eBay that they note for shipping packs to PSA.

  I think if you insulate each pack in bubble wrap and ship in a box with peanuts you should be okay.

  I usually put them in a team bag with a top loader in the back (of the pack) for protection, John.

  Nice assoirtment of packs there, jmoran!
  
  The PSA grades also confirm that there are many totally legit packs in GAI holders, even undergraded at that, especially the earlier traded ones.
