Is this toning for real? 67 SMS Kennedy

Looks like it could be NT but these also have been known to be easily AT'd

I can't see that toning happening in a SMS holder without the quarter or dime getting any color. Easier to see the cent tone, but the half would not tone that much without the cent toning more.

Very pretty but I would not buy it as NT......just too vibrant and as Seg pointed out.....why aren't the rest of the coins toned?
