  • So I'd like to know where, you got the notion
said I'd like to know where, you got the notion

to rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
rock the boat, don't tip the boat over
rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
    rock the boat-t-t-t-t

Ever since our voyage of love began
your touch has thrilled me like the rush of the wind
and your arms have held me safe from a rolling sea
there's always been a quiet place to harbor you and me

Our love is like a ship on the ocean
we've been sailing with a cargo full of, love and devotion

So I'd like to know where, you got the notion
said I'd like to know where, you got the notion

To rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
rock the boat, don't tip the boat over
rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
    rock the boat-t-t-t-t

Up to now we sailed through every storm
and I've always had your tender lips to keep me warm
oh I need to have the strength that flows from you
don't let me drift away my dear, when love can see me through

Our love is like a ship ...
There's a hole in my head where the rain comes in.

    That's a high percentage of 9s for 68 Topps. The 10 doesn't hurt either.

Very impressive. Nice to see a 10 for a regular collector, too!

Well done! I'd love to have seen the Ryan also get an 8. Where'd you find those 68s?

  • Cards were bought in a small collection of stuff. There were about 400 different, many stars, and maybe 100 dupes. Then about 10 days later I ran into another guy with about 400 more. All of the cards were nrmt. So I have taken anything nrmt or better in my judgement, made a set which is about a 100 short at this time, took the best 20 cards for the grading as you saw, and sold the rest to a dealer friend for almost break even money. So basically all these graded cards are no cost and the set's cost is only what I have added since that purchase, maybe $200 or so. My only regret is selling the extras too cheap, but... I am certainly not complaining I have obviously done very well on the deals.
