man, today i just got crazy with the cards.. i bought 2 boxes of the new topps rookie progression, i almost have all cards through 100 missing like 4 got some game used and 3 auto's.. then i had the fever and bought a box of donruss elite 08...man i got some good stuff outta that!!

adrian peterson gu (man,it actually has some dirt on it!) it is 114/199
zach thomas gu 147/299
willie parker gm(its black with a piece white letter or #) it is 44/50 sweet!!

so i guess im moving on from pete onto some football!! don russell

The Peterson should go for around $20. Donruss Elite has been a great product to bust this year. Let me know if you are considering to trade it or sell it.. I have a few graded Pete Roses.

I agree on the Peterson going for 20 to 25. The thing with jersey cards and stuff like that the rookie year stuff will be high priced. In the second year the jersey of the top rookies will be a dime a dozen.

The ironic part about that is that almost all rookie year jersey cards contain "event worn" jerseys as opposed to "game worn". I would much prefer to never see an event worn jersey card again. Really, who cares about them?

I pulled this card last year, and instead of event worn or game worn it just says player worn. I didn't realize until after the football season that it was the gold version #ed 42/100. Hope I didnt miss the boat on selling it.

ok i got another box of 08 elite today! also ripped a hobby box of 08 topps chrome!got an awsome throw back threads dual card of tom landry and hank stram 3'ed 107 of 199. got another zach thomas gw(it has grass stain!) and a jamal lewis.. and some pretty cool auto's..

Being a Reds fan I like your Rose threads. I began watching the Reds back in 1977 so anyone that posts cards featuring "The Big Red Machine" players I'm alright with.
