need help name this card! someone with an almanac!! please

ok im trying this again since the 1st round did not go so well. thes cards came all of the way from venezuela. i sent them in last year to the psa and they said they did not have a holder for it.now im wondering if its listed anywhere in the new almanac.. thanks for your time don russell

no year on the card.. i just want to know if its in the almanac..then psa will grade it. yes i can read the card. how about if you do not have the answer to my question i really do no need to smart comments thanks. don russell

I just browsed the standard catalog of baseball cards and didnt see anything. What is the number on the back or the Rose card?

Don't quote me on this, but I believe the set is from 2007 and a Panini/McDonald's promotion of 240 cards that is a cumulative history of Venezuelan baseball.
