How to get your my paypal money back?

So I did not win an auction for some basketball cards. I was given a second chance offer from the seller. I accepted the offer. I paid by paypal 2 days later. About 10 minutes after I sent over my paypal money I saw that the next day the cards were relisted. I asked the seller was this a second lot? Whats going on here. He said my money had been refunded. I checked my account and there is not any money refunded. I filed a claim in the resolution center. Is there anything else I can do to try to get my money back?

Thanks!

If you filed an Item Not Received (INR) claim,
PayPal will see that you get a fefund.

It may take a while, but you will get your money back.

Do NOT close the claim until the refund is granted. PayPal
will close the claim, as soon as they refund you.

In rereading your story, it seems likely that the seller's
SCO may have expired before you paid. SCOs are not
final on acceptance; payment is required. It is always
best to pay upon acceptance of the offer. Once a SCO
expires, the seller is not obligated to sell.

Regardless, you will still get your refund.

If you paid by echeck, the check has to clear before
PayPal will credit a refund in the check amount.

Thanks for the input. It may take some time but I hope the money comes back to me.
