do these error cards have any place in the market today? i bought a bunch in the 90's. im trying to clean up all of the commons and crap. don russell

    Don- Most of the "error" cards pre 1981 seem to be in shorter supply as from 1981 on errors became a fad which in turn meant for some reason many more slipped out the backdoor. Player collectors may be interested but that's about it. I collect all that stuff but esp. like bad miscuts on pre 1981 cards as a lot were thrown away.

    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

    I have more but don't really consider them an error. Just a factory defect that appeals to me.

    the best i have is a rod scurry with rafael palmeiro rookie on back..its a 87 topps. i found a chris sabo rookie no front,ben mcdonald rookie.don
