I just went off in an email on an ebay buyer who has emailed me 6 times about the shipping on an item they paid for Sunday night. The last time she told me if the item is not ther by Thursday she if filing a complaint with Ebay and Paypal she felt I should have made sure it was in the mail yesterday and I am just trying to rip her off. The item shipped this morning. All over a 4.00 item

Perhaps it is a graduation gift and she is taking out the fact that she waited to long on you by expecting you to cover her ignorance. Or, perhaps she's just a twit! Good luck with her and don't hold back. Venom is best served warm and fast!

Here is her email back to me in response.

I pasted the message in, which I composed for an expensive item. I certainly didn't mean to offend - my apologies. In fact, my purchase experience with you has been a pleasant one, which I value greatly.

Funny thing is the most expensive item she has bought in the past 30 days is 13.00. If thats an expensive item then maybe she does not need to buy on Ebay..

Basically just told them I was adding them to my BBL since they have emailed me 6 times since they paid for the item wondering about shipping. I went on and told them that my average selling price on Ebay is alot more than 4.00 so I am not going to scam them on that small of an amount. I went on telling them that if they needed the 4.00 that bad to tell me and I will refund it and they know where they can put the item as I am not too worried about it and it will not make one difference in my life.

Normally I don't even get into pissing contest on things less than 25.00 but the constant emails ALL of which were responded to with the same response got old quick.

And you probably saved a few other sellers a couple of headaches by educating her on some E-Bay shipping times, and message etiquette.
