auto'd ball question

I have a ball.. no way to scan it.. it is a girl's at work but cannot tell who signed this thing...
looks like it has a mlb hologram sticker authenticating...
#483471m bb on the bottom

can anyone tell me if that # can identify the person...??
it is a bud selig ball
