How many of you actually watch the sports you collect?

I am currently collecting baseball cards...not because i particularly like the sport, but because i like to find new and rare cards...anyone else share my weird passion?

I love watching the NFL the best but there is nothing like playoff baseball IMO

I only watch NFL football... and I only collect football.

I know what you are saying about the wealth of baseball items though... so many cool baseball cards from pre-war to modern... no comparison to the other sports.

from april till september if there is a game on (and with NESN, there usually is) ill have it on in the background. Not a Sox fan, but I enjoy the broadcasts/announcers they do a great job. I'll catch some games at Fenway and if I travel to other cities ill try to see the Indians

I also play softball....and pretend im Jim Thome (alas, i'm a dead pull hitter too)

I watch baseball, and I like baseball cards.

I don't watch football - except playoffs/superbowl - and I like football cards.

I watch golf, but don't care about golf cards.

I love boxing, and I like boxing cards.

I watch hockey, and I don't care about hockey cards.

I dislike basketball, and I only like basketball cards from the 50s/60s.

I watch any sport that is on T.V.
My favorite sports are football and basketball.
I collect football and basketball cards.
If I win the lottery I'll buy evry sport and non-sport card I see.

I do like hockey.....but only own 1 hockey card Mike Modano RC (PSA 10)

love football-collect football mostly....... once in awhile pick up a few vintage baseball

I collect Baseball Cards but stopped watching games after the last strike.

I am a diehard Steelers fans and watch NFL and NFL network, I do not collect football cards (I am considering starting to collect a couple favorite players cards thou)

I watch NHL but do not collect the cards.

I collect mainly baseball, it has been the one constant in my life!! But heck I watch any type of sport on T.V. from Bowling to Baseball and everything inbetween!!

Die Hard Red Sox, Celtics and Patriots fan (yes, it's been in that order for my whole life). I really enjoy hockey but wouldn't call myself a Bruin Die Hard. I like college football and watch a ton of it but never liked Boston College. I'm also a college basketball junkie. I can watch Wake Forest play Clemson or Pepperdine play Gonzaga in December and be the happiest guy around.

Football is the only sport I watch the entire season. Every game from Thursday to Monday.
Basketball I watch the playoffs and the finals.
Baseball the world series.
College Basketball I watch March Madness.
Golf and Nascar every Sunday.
I watch sports every chance I get.

But when it comes down to it, I collect football and can't get enough of the game.

It has alot to do with growing up in Buffalo and we had no pro basball in the 60's.
I enjoyed hockey at that time but have lost interest over the years.

I watch baseball and college football religiously, I collect cards and memorabilia from both.

NFL, NHL, NBA, PGA, NASCAR, and all other sports I enjoy, but I watch less frequently and collect whenever it strikes my fancy.
