Any ideas

I am trying to print off a submission form, but when it asks for my ID and password it says its invalid so I go to have PSA send it to me, they says its on its way if has been 24 hours since my first request.

My membership does not expire until the end of July.

Try your email address and your Collectors Universe password

LOL.. Tried that, strangely that was the first thing I tried.

Hmmm, I don't know then. I know with the set registry you have to use your email and cu password. That took me a while to figure that out

I am having the same problem. I tried logging into the registry and it would not let me, so I asked for a new password, three times. I have yet to receive any of the emails with my new password.

I was having same problem. I think they were doing system work because I was just able to log in again.

Any ideas
