My site is hosted by Freeservers
They give you a good amount of space for free but by being free they place an ad bar at the top of your pages -- I didn't mind this and when i needed more space I purchased one of their packages and the ads go away. There other packages are very cheap and over 4 years they only went down once.
I house a ton of images and again no problems

I've been messing around with a site/store for my business, and have found that the best FREE solution is a Microsoft office live web-site.
For a FREE store you can go to ecrater.com. The ecrater.com store is great. It's free, and you can accept paypal and goggle checkout.
I've framed the ecrater store within my Microsoft website. Bingo! Free web-site and store.
pm me and I'll send you a link to my site.

Who really thinks that Bob Boone should get into the HOF before Ted Simmons? Really?
Comon' now.
Great polls! I may add some myself.

Granted, I have a premium package that requires an annual fee, but they may have some free packages still available. The reason that I am a fan of freewebs is that I can access my site manager from any computer with an internet connection. It also uses templates, has forum capability, can use a mailing list and also keeps up with your statistics. It helps to know what people are looking for through the search engines when they found the site.
