he could be accepting CC payments through google checkout, it is only 1.9%

And that's probably one of the biggest problems with Ebay....it's way too easy to register a new ID.
For example, there's been somebody selling fake 60's cellos out of Park Ridge, NJ over the past year, and every time they get negged by someone who realizes their pack is a fake they just close the account and register under a new user ID. Probably gone through 10-15 user ID's in the last year alone.

He organized a few group rips around here. The agreement was that all of the wax would be purchased from Steve at BBCE. He took a bunch of money from people and sent out resealed packs to the majority of them. He was caught with his pants down buying large lots of raw cards, empty packs and empty boxes for a future group rip and then when everyone thought it would make more sense to have the cards shipped directly from Steve to everyone, he balked and pushed VERY hard to be the one to ship everything out.
Gary is a pack factory and has been very, very arrogant around here since he got caught...poking his unwanted head in on threads to remind us all of his presence.
Gary: waste of oxygen.
I am more willing to bet it was for violating the coupon/gift certificate policy on Ebay, than your sales.
