Juan Gonzalez

Is there any interest in his cards?
My dad just gave me a briefcase full of Juan Gone and Ivan Rodriguez cards. Are any Gonzalez cards worth keeping or are they all over produced junk?
I know nothing about the stuff from 1988 up.

#2-Its a matter of opinion if they are "junk" but NOBODY can deny they were overproduced.
My 2 cents! Good luck

Or use them as coasters for the coffee you buy from there.

Aye, but he's still a necessary part of the MVP card collection... unless you want to skip the juicers and go for the 2nd place guys...
In Juan Gone's case... it'd be A-Rod and Nomar. Hmm.

I'm in the same boat you are in. I have a ton of Juan Gonzalez cards that I picked up over the years, he was the only new player that I'd buy and Id pick them up in lots. He was a great guy when I was collecting Rangers autographs and would quite frequently stop his car and sign for me outside of the tunnel at the ballpark. At the top of his game, I probably could have gotten $5,000-$10,000 or so for the ones I had, now I'd be lucky to get $50-$200 probably and that would be if I found the right buyer!!!
