I admire the seller's dedication. Not too terribly long ago I saw a complete 1972 Topps baseball set for sale on eBay. That seller included very nice scans of all 787 cards.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Sorry, didn't mean to imply that the seller was trying to hide anything. All I was saying is that if you're going to invest several hours in taking pictures of cards that will sell for several thousand dollars then you might as well buy a scanner and use better, more descriptive pics. It's great that all the cards are pictured, but what's the point if you can't see the condition of the cards (talking more about the raw cards)? I give the seller an A+ for effort but a C- for execution.
I've sold two sets this way. It is obviously labor intensive, but at least I still had the scans when the sales were complete. It is my belief I earned roughly 25% more selling this way vs. scanning the stars and letting it fly.
I always do the same and provide high-res scan whenever I sell on ebay. I also take it to the next level and host the pictures with photobucket so ebay's picture services don't defeat the whole process.
Here's a link to my partial high-grade 1975 Topps Baseball card set:
It really doesn't take too long (just a bunch of copying and pasting after done with the scannning) and if you're selling raw on ebay, it's the only way to go.
Sorry, I don't do the pm thing, but here's my email . If you send me an email, I'll forward you the text file that I pasted into ebay for my listing. I received my BE degree awhile ago in Electrical/Computer Engineering and for my senior design project I designed an interactive e-commerce website. I certainly didn't learn anything from my project that I use in my career, but it does come in handy with my ebay listings. Thanks for the kind words and shoot me an email if you want the source code. Cheers!

With graded cards ranging from PSA 4 to PSA 8..... It doesn't appear the seller is trying to hide or mis-represent what they have for sale.....

Am I right in figuring that by using hyperlinks, you don't pay more $$$ to ebay for adding extra pictures?
