With Stamps.com can you ship items internationally?

I ship a lot of packages and I write every bubble mailer out by hand and pay .65 for delivery confirmation but have heard you can get it for .10 online. Nam, can you break down the process for me if you get a minute.
I am assuming you get some software, put your credit card on file. Fill out address/weight and print on a special label?
Does stamps.com provide you with all of the labels?

First and foremost, not having to wait in line at the PO for almost 18 months can not be measured. That being said, stamps.com charges $15.99 per month. They charge 18 cents for DC on first class packages (over 3/4" thick I believe), and DC is free for priority packages. The shipping labels come 2 per 8 1/2 by 11 sheet, and are sold by stamps.com (as well as staples, office depot, etc...). You can also print your own stamps, and print on your own plain white envelopes. They also have stamps.com insurance which can be purchased at about a 10% discount from the PO. I can not compare it to paypal's postage service since I have never used paypal's. There are other features too, but those are the highlights (for me anyway).
Edited to add: back when I joined you got a free 5 lb scale, 1st month free, and $20 postage if you signed on after the 1st free month. You buy postage when you need it via your credit card in whatever increments you like (ie. $25, $50, $100).
As for paypal shipping international I use it 3 or 4 times a week and have never gone to the post office. just simply place it in my mailbox or do a carrier pickup.
PS if shipping international and you use a flate rate envelope no customs forms are required just tape your paypal label to the envelope and your'e set.
Thanks for the reply. IT seems like it is worth it however I have no complaints, i never wait in line at the PO(except apr 14th and 15th) and i never have to fill out forms (they do it for me). Will probably still same myself some time with an online service.

They also give you a decent scale when you sign-up.
I don't use it - or PayPal's service - BECAUSE I want my DCs scanned upon acceptance.
