"The Green Issue"

So how long will it take one of the card makers to go "green"?

Recycled cardboard, lead free pigments etc.

Bet it would sell.

people love to be part of a movement, even if its vague and basically meaningless.

I don't know, but did anyone see "The Human Footprint" on National Geographic channel? Wow, I could only stand about 15 minutes of this show before I felt like pulling my hair out and vomiting (and not for the reasons you may think). For one, it's the same damn thing over and over. "here's how much you use in a day, month, year, lifetime, of said product, and here's what it looks like laid out on my front lawn." Over and over, with no change to the damn presentation (at least for the 15 minutes that I could stand to watch). And on top of the extreme boring nature of the show, every presentation I saw was a close up of a ton of, say milk cartons, and a scrolling camera shot for what seemed like an eternity, before they zoom out to show you the whole display. Did any of the producers actually sit down and watch this? I seriously had to look away from the tv numerous times while they were scrolling down a bunch of milk cartons in order to not puke or go nuts. Sorry for the rant, but that was a bad show that I was actually looking forward to watching.

If they destroy all 1986 Topps cards, would the last know unopened case skyrocket?

I think one of the companies will go green very soon. I have already purchased rights to one of the first 300 habitable structures on the moon so screw earth.
