Good Morning,
So I go on to my E-bay stuff this morning and there's a message from an irate buyer that they are going to Neg me because they won an auction 3 weeks ago and haven't recieved the item. Hey I'm totally in agreement with them, if I win something and it hasn't shown up for 3 weeks I am getting a little ansy myself. So after I do a little research I can't find any record of them making a payment. So I call home and talk to my Wife and have her check and the item is still sitting on the shelf. So no payment, no send. makes sense. I e-mail them back and they send me a confirmation from PayPal that they have paid, but here's the Kicker, they didn't pay my PayPal, they paid my Wife's Paypal. What I can't figure out is how they even managed to do this. My Wife just happens to have an account and used it once a couple of years ago to buy something for Christmas with her Credit card.
I'm at a loss and even though this has never happened before, what do I do to make sure it never does again. PayPal probably notified me Wife at the time of the payment, but she just deleted it as junk mail???
