Anyone with Experience regarding sending cards for review...VALUE???

I want to send in a card for review and it has a book value of $600. Will I run into any problems with PSA if I send it in at the "regular", $15 level? (Value of $500 and under)

Except in the case when said card bumps a half grade and doubles in value..Or goes up a full grade and goes up 3-4x the value...If you send in ten $600 cards, it would cost you $350..If you get ONE CARD to bump, you made your $350 back and probably then some...What if you get 3 of those 10 to bump???For those with a descent eye for grading, this can be quite lucrative...Either in card value for those you keep, or cash in hand for those you sell.
Some people have the desire to play the grading game and others don't. There are pros and cons to almost everything in life...

according to my values and my needs. Nothing holds dominion over me, I stand alone as the ruler of my life.
I had a 205 Mathewson I was going to send in as a 15.00 cost level (regular) since it's grade will probably be a 2 or a 3..

For RAW cards, you can do that...For reviews, that already have a grade assigned and an SMR value assigned, PSA has been fairly strict..With the ones they catch anyway..
