Please help me Grade this Waaay off center card

What is the highest this card could grade being so far off center? 6 NQ? Or 8 oc? The corners are pretty nice, and is has very good edges for an OPC.
It's the nicest 71 OPC Simmons I've been able to find in the last 6+ months.
What do you guys think?

If you want an unqualified grade, I think a 5NQ would be as good as you will get.

I think it'll get either 6 NQ or 7 OC.
